About Terms of Service
We accept the following file format：
- DOC, DOCX: Microsoft Word file (2007 version and above)
- PPT, PPTX : PowerPoint file (2007 version and above)
- PDF format
- Email HTML (you can simply send your request in the email message)
- notepad (.txt format)
We do not accept the following file format：
- USB flash drive
- CD-ROM
- other format (cellphone text message, video file, etc.)
Replied format:
We reply with PDF format
Note:
Since there is no perfect writing style and no perfect essay, our service will not be so-called perfect as well but would tailor to meet your requirement.
